Bluesky is an open social network. Its search API needs a signed-in account, so Larvabot uses an app password: a separate password that can't change your account settings.

Get set up
- In Bluesky, open Settings → Privacy and security → App passwords and create one
- In Settings → Conversations, enter your handle (e.g.
you.bsky.social) and the app password
Where it goes
In the dashboard, open Settings and find the Conversations (optional keys) section. Secret values are encrypted before they're saved and only their last four characters are ever shown again.
