Jobs, providers and logs
The Jobs & providers page: which services each step uses, the AI quality check, recent runs and how to read a failed job.
Jobs & providers (in the sidebar) is Larvabot's engine room. Larvabot works in the background about once an hour, whether or not you're signed in. It shows which services each job can use, whether each one is working, and what the background runs have been doing. When something seems stuck, look here first.
#Providers by job
The page groups every service by what it does, in the order it's tried:

Each row shows its free allowance, a cost badge (free, free tier or paid) and whether it's on (set up) or off. Every chain, explained
#The AI quality check
Free models vary a lot. Some write fine emails; some produce broken JSON or gibberish under load. So every AI provider has a Check button that runs a small, fixed exam (about 20 seconds): one research task, scoring a sample page into structured data, and one real email draft. Both have to come back complete and sensible.

Run Check after adding an AI key or changing its model.
#Test search + AI
The Test search + AI button at the top runs one real search and one AI call through the chains, and shows which provider answered and what came back. It's the quickest way to confirm new keys work.
#Recent runs
The last 40 runs, newest first. Each row has a green or red dot, the job name, what it did, how long it took and when.

#Reading a run
Details like skipped (time budget) or not due are normal: each tick only has a few minutes, and some jobs only run every few hours. What to look for:
- A red dot means the job failed. The detail says why, often a provider error like
429(rate limit) or401(bad key). - "No AI provider" / "no search provider available" means every provider in that chain is missing, out of quota or failing its check.
- Nothing new for several hours means the background runs have stalled on our side. Contact support.
