Larvabot's MCP server lets AI assistants that speak the Model Context Protocol (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code's Copilot, n8n's AI agents) search and read your leads and conversations. Ask “what should I reply to today?” or “which leads replied this week, and what do they sell?” and the assistant answers from your real pipeline, drafts included. It's read-only: nothing gets posted or sent.

Set it up in five minutes
- 1In Larvabot, open Settings → Integrations and click Create API key. Copy it.
- 2In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the URL https://app.larvabot.com/api/mcp, then sign in to Larvabot and click Allow access. No key needed.
- 3In Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code or n8n, add the same URL with an API key from Settings → Integrations as the Authorization header. Exact snippets are in the docs.
- 4Check that the six Larvabot tools are listed.
- 5Ask “what should I reply to today?” to try it.

What it costs
The MCP server is included in every Larvabot plan, the free trial too. Your AI assistant's own plan (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) is between you and them.
Good to know
- Read-only by design: the assistant can't post replies, send emails or change your projects. You do that in Larvabot.
- In ChatGPT, custom connectors need Developer mode, available on Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.
- Results come from what Larvabot has already found; the assistant doesn't run new searches.
Frequently asked questions
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to tools and data. Larvabot's MCP server gives an assistant read-only tools to search and read your leads and conversations.
Can the AI send emails or post replies for me?
No. Every tool is read-only. The assistant can read and improve the drafts, but posting and sending only happen when you do it in Larvabot.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT's connector settings, add a connector with the Larvabot server URL, and sign in to Larvabot to approve it. No API key needed.
How do I add Larvabot to Claude?
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste https://app.larvabot.com/api/mcp, then sign in to Larvabot and click Allow access.
Is my data shared with the AI provider?
Only what the assistant reads to answer you, through your own assistant account, using a key you can revoke any time in Larvabot.
