Project reports
Read the Reports tab: visitors from outreach by channel, activity, the lead funnel, reply rate and where visitors came from.
"Did any of this actually work?" is the question most outreach tools can't answer. Every Larvabot project has a Reports tab that can, as long as the tracking snippet is on your site.
Pick a range at the top: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default) or Last 90 days. Longer ranges group the charts by week.
#The headline numbers
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Visitors from outreach | Visits attributed to email, communities, directories or backlinks in the range, compared with the range before it |
| Emails sent | First emails and follow-ups sent in the range |
| Reply rate | Share of contacted leads that replied, all time |
| Backlinks won | Leads whose page now links to you, all time |
| Community replies | Replies you marked ✓ Posted, and how many threads are waiting for you |
| Directories done | Directories ticked Done, out of the total |
#Charts
- Visitors from outreach, by channel. One line each for Email, Communities, Directories and Backlinks, per day. This is the chart to watch.
- Activity. Four small bar charts: emails sent, community replies posted, directory submissions and leads found. They show what you did, so you can line effort up against results.
- Lead funnel. All-time counts from Found through Linked. Hover a stage to see its conversion from the stage before.
Every chart has a table view with the underlying numbers, for when you want exact figures or need to copy them somewhere.
#Where visitors came from
The last panel lists every channel, including the non-outreach ones (Search, Direct and Other referrals) for context, followed by the top referring sources with their visit counts. Hover a source to see an example referrer.
How each visit gets its channel
#Reading the numbers honestly
Small numbers are normal
Early on you'll see single digits. That's fine: one well-placed listing or one friendly blogger can send more over a year than a week of cold email. Look at the trend over 90 days, not the last three.
- Lots of emails, few replies? Your drafts may be too generic, or your queries are finding the wrong pages. Read a few sent emails with fresh eyes.
- Replies but no visitors? People are being polite but not linking. Look at what you're suggesting in What you can offer.
- Visitors but no signups? That's a landing page question, not an outreach one. Good news: the outreach is working.
#The Overview page
The dashboard's home page sums up every project at once: outreach visitors over 30 days, drafts to review, community threads, directories to post and backlinks won, with a row per project and the latest job runs. If a key is missing (for example no AI provider), a Finish setup banner tells you what to fix.
