#Cost

#Do I pay for AI, search or email usage?

No. Your Larvabot plan covers the app itself. The services it uses run on free tiers you sign up for yourself: an AI key such as Gemini or Groq, a search key such as Tavily, and optional extras like Brevo for sending and F5Bot for alerts. Every metered provider has a hard cap just below its free limit, and Larvabot never switches on a paid tier for you. How the quota guard works

#Why do I bring my own keys?

Free allowances are per account. With your own keys you get the whole free tier to yourself instead of sharing one with every other user, you can see your usage in each provider's dashboard, and you can revoke access any time.

#What happens when a free limit runs out?

Larvabot moves to the next provider in the chain. If every provider for a job is used up, that job waits until a quota resets or you add another key. Nothing is ever charged to get around a limit.

#Do I need a credit card anywhere?

Not for the recommended setup. Gemini, Groq, Tavily, Linkup, Exa, Brevo and Cloudflare all have free plans without a card. Brave's free plan does ask for one.

#Will this make me look like a spammer?

Not if you use it as designed. It sends one email a day per campaign by default, only drafts you've approved, each one about a specific page, with an easy opt-out, and follow-ups stop the moment someone replies. #Where do the email addresses come from?

From the pages themselves first: author bylines and bios, contact and about pages, and mailto links. Only when those show nothing does Larvabot ask free email finders like Prospeo, Tomba or Hunter, if you've connected them. Every address's domain is checked for a working mail server. #Can Larvabot get my Reddit or other accounts banned?

Larvabot never posts anything. It finds threads and drafts replies that say you built the product; you decide what to post, where and when, from your own account. #Can I send from Gmail?

You can read replies with Gmail, and that's the recommended setup. For sending, use an SMTP service like Brevo with an address on your project's domain. It's better for deliverability, and your personal Gmail stays out of it. Sending setup

#Can I use Larvabot for several sites?

Yes. Each project is independent, with its own profile, campaigns, keywords, sender, tracking snippet and reports. API keys and quotas are shared across projects.

#Do I need to know how to code?

No. You paste your domain, review a profile, add a couple of free keys and approve what you like. The only copy-paste is a one-line tracking snippet, which works like any analytics tag.

#How long until I see results?

Leads and conversations usually show up within the first day. Replies take days, and backlinks and listings can take weeks. The Reports tab is most useful after a month or two.

#Does the tracking snippet need a cookie banner?

It uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses, so in most places it doesn't. Check what applies where you are. What it collects

#Do I need to install or host anything?

No. Larvabot runs on our servers at app.larvabot.com and works in the background whether or not you're signed in. The only thing you add to your own site is the one-line tracking snippet.

#Who can see my projects and keys?

Only you. Keys are encrypted and only used for your own projects. Security and privacy
