Send Larvabot leads anywhere with Zapier

The Larvabot app for Zapier sends every new lead, contacted lead, reply and conversation into the tools you already use: create a HubSpot contact when Larvabot finds a business worth emailing, add a row to Google Sheets for every Reddit thread, or ping Slack when a lead replies. It takes about five minutes and no code.

What it costs

Larvabot doesn't charge anything extra for the Zapier app; it's included in every plan, the free trial too. Zapier has its own plans: the free plan runs two-step Zaps and checks for new items every 15 minutes, and paid plans check more often and allow more steps.

Good to know

  • It's one way: Larvabot sends to your apps. Changes made in your CRM don't flow back into Larvabot.
  • Zapier checks for new items on a schedule (every 1 to 15 minutes, depending on your Zapier plan), so they aren't instant.
  • There are no actions yet (such as “add a contact to Larvabot”). Ask for them on the feature request page if you need them.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a Larvabot Zapier integration?

Yes. The Larvabot app for Zapier has four triggers (New Lead, Lead Contacted, Lead Replied and New Conversation) and connects with an API key from Settings → Integrations.

How do I send Larvabot leads to HubSpot?

Make a Zap with the New Lead trigger and HubSpot's Create Contact action, then map name, email, company and website. Add a second Zap with Lead Replied to update the deal stage.

Can I send only the best leads?

Yes. Add a Zapier Filter step on the fit score (leads) or relevance (conversations), for example only continue if fit score is greater than 80.

Do I need a paid Zapier plan?

Not for simple two-step Zaps like Larvabot → Google Sheets. Multi-step Zaps, filters and faster checking need a paid Zapier plan.
